This intimate ceremony is held either at the Temple or in the comfort of your own home. It includes two full months of personalized preparation to help you feel grounded, resourced, and ready for the medicine. After the ceremony, integration includes one in-person meeting plus ongoing phone support as needed, allowing you to weave the insights and healing into your daily life with care. This option is ideal for those seeking focused, one-on-one guidance through the complete journey of preparation, surrender, and embodiment.

Join a small, intimate group of 6–8 participants for a shared ceremonial experience. We begin with a pre-ceremony Zoom call one week prior to connect, prepare the container, and align intentions. On the day of ceremony, we open with a circle, then sit two at a time with additional facilitators present to hold space safely and deeply. We close with a nourishing circle that includes prayers, food, and drink to gently return and begin integrating together. This option offers the power of community while maintaining a sacred, supported atmosphere.

Immerse yourself in three days of sacred preparation, ceremony, and integration:
Day 1: In-person preparation work to ground, set intentions, and ready body, mind, and spirit.
Day 2: The ceremonial day held in a safe, supported container.
Day 3: Integration meeting with our Integration Specialist Lulu, focusing on embodiment, nervous system support, and practical next steps.
Each day, you are held within the field of the temple — then return to your own space to rest, reflect, and let the medicine move through you in solitude. This rhythm of sacred gathering and private retreat honors the full spectrum of the journey: communion within the temple walls, and the quiet of your own sanctuary beyond them.
This immersion is for those ready to go deeper through sustained presence, preparation, ceremony, and guided integration.

THE INVITATION
Before the medicine speaks,
stillness must be built
This program was born from a truth that ceremony alone cannot reach: the depth of what Bufo 5-MeO-DMT reveals is directly proportional to the depth of the ground you stand on when you arrive.
The Alchemy of Stillness is a three-month immersive container, part meditation practice, part ceremonial journey, designed to prepare you, hold you, and guide you through the full arc of transformation. Not as a series of events, but as a living process of becoming.
Each month builds upon the last. The stillness you cultivate in meditation becomes the very soil in which ceremony plants its seed. And what is planted in ceremony is tended, harvested, and integrated in the weeks that follow, together.
This program opens twice a year, at the Spring Equinox and the Fall Equinox, honoring the natural turning points of the year as thresholds for inner transformation. Each cohort is held to a maximum of six participants, ensuring that every person receives the depth of attention and intimacy this work requires. There are no large groups here. Only a small circle, moving through something real.
HOW THE PROGRAM UNFOLDS

Month One
The Foundation- Entering Stillness
Before any medicine is touched, you will spend the first month building your practice. We meet in person for a group meditation sit, a shared field of stillness that anchors the work ahead. Each week, we gather on Zoom to tend the practice together: what is arising, what is resisting, what is opening. This month is not waiting. It is preparation as its own form of ceremony
Month Two
The Descent, Meeting the Medicine
Having completed your first full month of meditation practice, you are now eligible to sit in ceremony. This threshold is not arbitrary, it is the preparation that makes the medicine meaningful.
Option 1: Your single ceremony sit takes place within this month. This is your one sacred meeting with the medicine within the program.
Option 2: Your first ceremony sit opens here. Your second sit will follow no sooner than one month later, in Month Three, honoring the integration that must happen between encounters.
Option 3: Your first ceremony sit takes place at the close of this month, beginning a rhythm of one sit per month through the remainder of the program.
We continue our weekly Zoom touches, now oriented toward integration, helping you metabolize what was revealed and carry it back into daily life. Our second in-person group sit deepens the container.
Month Three
The Return, Embodying the Work
The final month is where transformation becomes real. This is where insights land in the body, where the nervous system begins to reorganize, where the life you glimpsed in ceremony starts to take shape in ordinary moments.
Option 1: This month is devoted entirely to integration, sitting with what was revealed and letting it reshape your daily life.
Option 2: Your second and final ceremony sit takes place this month, at least one full month after your first, allowing the first experience to settle before the next layer is opened.
Option 3: Your third and final ceremony sit closes this month, completing the full arc of one medicine sit per month across the program.
Our third in-person group sit closes the container in shared presence. Weekly Zooms continue to track and support your unfolding through to the final day.
WHY MEDITATION CHANGES EVERYTHING
What stillness does
for the medicine.
Bufo 5-MeO-DMT is not subtle. It does not negotiate with the unprepared mind. It meets you exactly where you are — and it reveals everything. When you arrive without a practice, the experience can feel like a flood with no riverbed to hold it. When you arrive having cultivated stillness, the medicine has somewhere to go.
A consistent meditation practice before ceremony does several things that cannot be replicated by intention alone:
It trains surrender.
Meditation teaches the mind to release its grip — to observe rather than control. This is precisely the capacity the medicine calls upon. Participants who carry a practice into ceremony tend to surrender more completely, more gracefully.
It builds nervous system capacity.
The 5-MeO experience activates the nervous system profoundly. A mind that has been trained in stillness has a broader window of tolerance, it can hold more of the experience without fragmenting.
It opens the witnessing self.
Meditation cultivates the part of you that can watch without being swept away. In ceremony, this witness becomes your anchor, the thread back to yourself even in the most expansive states.
It deepens integration.
What medicine reveals must be integrated by the same mind that received it. A practiced meditator has more tools to metabolize the experience, to sit with what arose, to let it settle, to let it change them.
